Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly, equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, an elevated pool with a gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of passion from the owners flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and in an extremely friendly manner, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

This is a unique place – very peaceful, quiet and perfect for real relaxation. The hosts are exceptional people – warm, helpful and hospitable. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a moment of respite.

As described and friendly communication. We felt comfortable The view from the apartment and from the terrace is fantastically beautiful. The apartment is located on a quite steep hill, so arriving by car is recommended. The bus stops down the hill, but the 10 min walk is a bit strenuous for several days. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

We were here for 3 days. New house, very nice view, cozy pool. The owner is very nice and always responds very quickly. I recommend spending time here.

We had a very nice week in Lili's apartment and felt at home from the beginning. From the two balconies you can watch the sea wonderfully and we even had a gas grill. We would come back any time

Staying at Palmina was like staying with family. We immediately felt at home in this spacious and sparkling clean characteristic Croatian house with the super friendly and helpful Palmina as hostess. She prepared a dish for us three times: a delicious borek on arrival, tomatoes with gorgonzola and mozzarella as a side dish and a sourdough bread from her own starter that was still warm in a cloth at our front door in the morning. She also likes to think about excursions and gives useful and practical tips. The apartment has a great view over the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres. You need a car for shopping or visiting the coast, but we didn't find that a problem. If you like crowds, renting a lounger and parasol and lots of shops and restaurants, you can go straight down to the coast. If you prefer more peace and quiet and your own towel, turn right downstairs and follow the coastal road until it becomes greener.

Waking up in the morning and looking at palm trees, making coffee with a sea view - a beautiful accommodation from Davor - we felt very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and stylish and Davor is always available, very friendly and helpful. A welcome drink and other amenities such as coffee pods, etc. complete everything perfectly. The apartment is 100 m from the city, but with a slope. A private parking space is also available and the private terraces - absolutely recommended.

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, although a little noisy.

Amazing place, amazing host, amazing town. Will return in the future for sure!!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Lovely place- easy walk to many things but off the beaten path. Beautiful apartment!
