This modern apartment is located in Rijeka, near to the Tower Shopping Center, 200 meters from the first beach, 5 minutes drive to the beach in Kostrena, 15 minutes walk to the City center and 2 km to the Trsat Castle. You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

Apartman Costa-Bella je smješten u mirnom dijelu Rijeke. Nalazi se u privatnoj kući koja je smještena na samom moru sa izlazom na plažu te na šetalište koje se proteže od Bivia do Preluka. Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Lokacija je idealna jer ste za 8 km u predivnoj Opatiji, od centra grada Rijeke apartman je udaljen 5,6 km, od Trsata 9 km, a od predivnog otoka Krka 34 km. Također možete posjetiti i kuću Halubajskog zvončara na Viškovu,koja je udaljena svega 10 km.

U uređenju stana zahvaljujući profinjenom ukusu i kvalitetnim materijalima očuvane su vrijednosti kuće čija gradnja datira 1928.g. Uz stan, gostima je na raspolaganju dodatni prostor na otvorenom uz more, te privatni pristup moru. Stan je zamišljen za 3 osobe ( uz posebne uvjete može ugostiti 4 osobe). U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Furbished as a cosy nest (50m2) to enjoy the most beautiful VIEW trough the panoramic window make you feel softly situated on a white cloud. Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.
