A newly renovated, homely unit close to beautiful Fergusson Park, and 15/20min to the popular Mt Maunganui beaches in summer. This is a family-friendly place, with a toddler gate if requested, ground level, and fenced garden. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Suitable for small families or couples, a great spot to use for visiting family in the area. In respect of neighbours, please no parties or loud music during your stay. Second bedroom has 1x king single and 1x single bed.

A short stroll down to Fergusson Park on the waters edge and only 5km from Tauranga City and 12km from Mount Maunganui Beach and Bayfair shopping Centre.
