Monthly Rentals in Mattawan

I highly recommend staying at Tom and Julie’s airbnbs. I’m not from Kalamazoo and had to find housing for my summer internship. Tom and Julie made sure I was well taken care of from the moment I inquired their listing. The house is exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to a lot of good restaurants and attractions. My favorite is the outdoor community space with a small garden. If I had another internship in Kalamazoo, I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tom and Julie!

Stephanie and Chads place has made what has been a wonderful trip, all the better. A perfect apartment in an idilic setting with wonderful hosts. If we get a chance to come this way again, I'd hope to stay with them again. Stephanie was wonderful, from the 1st point of contact. she was soo helpful, she recommended a route from O'Hare airport in Chicago, to her place in Kalamazoo, which put us at ease. the Apartment had all that we needed. it was warm and comfortable at all times as we had weather was 20c and sunny to -3c and snowing. hot water as you needed and in a setting that was stunning on the outskirts of Kalamazoo but 5 mins from where we needed to be each day. We had a garage for our car. washer and dryer for our clothes two bedrooms with double beds and a large living space and kitchenette they had all we needed for it to feel like a home away from home.

Really great space, it had everything needed to stay for a while. I was an intern with the Kalamazoo Wings from August to April and this was the perfect location. Eric was very quick to respond and help out whenever something came up!

Great location and very responsive host. The outdoor furniture has been updated from the pictures. Hosts really went above and beyond with thinking about the “extras” like having ziplock bags, s’more sticks, a mini speaker and other small thoughtful things available. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. Your knees are literally touching the tub when you’re sitting on the toilet. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay! Loved the lake house decor inside!
