It has been gradually renovated and revitalised (currently in the process of revitalisation), with whitewashed clay walls, natural Kenji-ji bamboo fences, and more.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden. Well water flows everywhere, including through a fountain, a basin, a stone basin, a stream between stepping stones, and a pond. A private rental accommodation facility, limited to one group per day, has opened along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The beautiful, clear blue sky and sea stretch out before you as far as the eye can see.　A calm space created with plaster as the base. With a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the ocean right in front of you, on the ground floor you can cook in the stylish kitchen while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can create while watching the sunset from the terrace. One queen-size Integra Tokyo bed.　One Koala sofa bed that converts to a queen size bed. There is an AirWeave double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Breakfast includes natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee. The tableware is made by local artists such as Mustakibi and Ryusenkama. We use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　Linen sheets are used. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.

This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.
