Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Matlacha

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described in the listing, but honestly went above our expectations. It was decorated beautifully and felt homey. There were board games and pool floats available for use, which was very kind. The library room (with an excellent selection of books) also had a full-size massage chair, which was amazing. The pool and spa might have been our favorite part. We loved that it was clean and the perfect temp for our use. Maria, our host, was quick to respond when I messaged her. Truly, this little weekend getaway went better than we hoped for, and we are grateful. We are hoping to make this a yearly girls getaway, and also hope to be able to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

It was a awesome place for a vacation. The house was spotless and the patio area is amazing. Everything was 100% about this place. We had zero complaints and would recommend this place any day. It is in a really nice neighborhood.

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. Betsy’s place was very cute and welcoming! The backyard was perfect and very relaxing. Betsy was very responsible and flexible. Only feedback for future guests is to note that she does provide with a small starter pack of supplies (one paper towel, one extra garbage bag and no dish soap), so keep in mind you will need to bring your own supplies if you’re having a large group staying at the house. Otherwise, it’s a lovely space and a very quaint neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

The House was absolutely beautiful, Very clean and had all of the amenities one could want in the house and specifically in the Kitchen. Everything was perfect. I would just add that if I had to say anything to improve would be to add a handrailing at the steps in the swimming pool but that is my only criticism. Thank you very much for opening your home to us!

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

This is the place you need to rent to feel right at home! Beautiful home, great layout, convenient to everything, and that pool!! Also, John never took long to respond to questions and was extremely nice about everything. We will definitely be back here!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Our stay at Canal & Sunset Views was FIRST RATE all the way! The hosts responded clearly and quickly and even implemented safety grab bars and a shower transfer chair for our adult wheelchair bound son's 50th Birthday Vacation. They responded to our many inquiries and requests and made the entire stay PHENOMENAL! We loved having so much space to play games, watch movies, cook meals and we really enjoyed the large efficient kitchen & pantry areas. The screened lanai area was huge with lovely peaceful views of the canal and sunsets making the BnB aptly named. Having a large new grill is another great plus. The entire home was newly and beautifully furnished; the space is cozy, the beds are comfortable and best of all everything was IMMACULTELY CLEAN! Having a washer & dryer with all the soaps provided was very convenient and the huge master suite with double shower & closet it's own entrance to the lanai was PERFECT! Can't wait to stay there again!!
