Monthly Rentals in Matilda Bay

Shirley’s townhouse is exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable and homely, with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location; a very short walk to Kings Park, Matilda Bay and the Swan River, the lovely UWA campus, and just down the road to Charles Gardiner Hospital. There are many cafes, restaurants and other amenities including buses just around the corner. Shirley’s is a great place four a long or short visit. Shirley is very responsive and quick to provide support if needed.

Property was exactly as described and hosts responsive to enquiries. Location is excellent and parking on the premises very handy. Will be heading to Perth again in a few months and hope we can stay here again.

Claire’s place was absolutely beautiful. Claire was an incredibly gracious and helpful host. The location was ideal and the cabin and the surrounds were just as pictured and so incredibly lovely. Couldn’t recommend this cabin more!!

Angela's place is the perfect place to stay when visiting Perth. Handy to great beaches, public transport and Claremont shopping centre! The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil possible!! Bed is very comfortable.
