The property is on 2330m of land, in a forest setting with a large flat front lawn. The 4.5km white sand beach is a short stroll across the foreshore reserve & the golf course is a 2min walk away. The rear deck enjoys forest views whilst the master & guest bedrooms, living areas & front deck all enjoy glorious unobstructed sea vews.

Our relaxed family friendly 3 bedroom holiday house is in a peaceful location overlooking the small town of Whitianga. It has stunning views night and day of Mercury Bay, the harbour, township and Coromandel ranges. It is a short drive down to Brophey’s, Buffalo or Simpson's (Wharekaho) Beach. The house is on a large section, with plenty of parking. This house is also our bach and we intend to personally meet and greet our guests. We have just had fibre installed and WiFi connected.
