Monthly Rentals in Matanzas River

Hector's place was exactly as advertised. There is plenty of parking and it is very easy to get to. We were attending a family function at Hammock Dunes. Hector's Airbnb is located maybe 2-miles from the golf course. There is beach access in quite a few locations nearby, Publix is a mile away and there are several very good local restaurants in the area. The Airbnb was very well stocked with basic amenities and there is plenty of room to bring in whatever else you may need. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Joyce is an amazing host! She is on top of everything and really knows her stuff!! European Village has a resort atmosphere with live music in the courtyard every weekend and a thriving farmer's market on Sundays. Lots of restaurant options onsite or nearby and the beach is just minutes away. I have had a very nice experience here!

Our stay at the Palm Coast Guest House was absolutely picture perfect. The space was bright, spacious, and clean — with a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a huge, comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was lovely and stocked with plenty of fresh linens, which we really appreciated after our long days out. We drove in from out of state and were so grateful to be able to check in early. Erin and David were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Flagler Beach, great restaurants, and awesome mountain biking trails like MalaCompra and Graham Swamp. Even though we didn’t have time to use the pool, knowing it was available was a great added bonus. The guest house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great location, very easy to get in/out of the neighborhood. Close to church, shopping, a very nice park (Treaty park) and the beaches. The apartment was comfortable, tidy, and quiet. The washer/dryer was a huge plus and use of her beach accessories was also a plus. I would stay here again. Thank you!
