Private walkover takes you to the cinnamon-colored coquina shell beach. Walk out to the pier in your back yard with your fishing pole to your own private dock. Bring your jet skis or canoe to store at new floating dock free. Bring your boat and for a small fee, you’ll have an electric boat lift that saves you from towing boat back and forth. LBTR #37009
