Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mata de Plátano

The place is better than pictures makes it look. Spacious, clean, safe, lots of amenities. Location amazing! We went to so many different beaches close driving distance. There was a short period of electrical outage our first day, host was proactive to reach out and off for us to go to hotel and be refunded if we preferred. We stuck it out and the power came back on within a few hours. So glad we stayed. It was a great time there.

Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

Diego’s place was nothing far from perfect! Very clean, easy access to the beach. Place felt very safe because of the kind security guards, everyone was very kind and welcoming. I love that there’s a washer and dryer so that way you don’t need to pack many clothes, there’s pool access and lots of stuff to do near by! I’ll be coming back to Diego’s place soon. Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

Jessica’s place was great for our first time in Puerto Rico. The place is exactly like the photos. It was awesome having a private beach to walk to. I will say the private beach gate does close at 7 which I felt was a tad early. However, that is the condominiums rules not Jessica’s. We’d love to come back in the future!!

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

The pics don't do this place justice... I was skeptical at first but glad we stood here. Host is very communicative. The place has everything you need in amenities plus other home goods you don't find in other AirBnBs. Washer/Dryer were very convenient and I didn't have to buy detergent 🙂. Beach accessories, cooler, etc. Only minor observation is the room AC is alittle loud but I still slept through it, however it took my wife a day or so to get used to it. Bathroom is just a tad smaller than average but it was manageable. Place was very clean and short walking distance to beach.

We had a brief stay, but the room was as advertised. Very short walking distance to the beach! The host was very responsive and informative.

Jer's place was extremely convenient for our multiple rainforest hiking adventures in El Yunque. It was very spacious and easily fit 6 adults in separate beds. The backyard is very spacious and great for hanging out, grilling and enjoying the great weather.

We had a great stay in Ricardo's home during our trip. We are working professionals and was able to work remotely with no connection issues and always had power. Ricardo is very attentive and addressed any concerns we had immediately. We would gladly stay with Ricardo again.

Really a nice place to stay, very clean and with eveything you need (maybe an new frying pan would be welcome though). Garage and pool was a plus, and beds are confortable with efficient and relativly quiet AC, though we only used it in the room because the kitchen and mais room have a ceiling fan. Communication with elis was simple and very clear, I recommend!

Elisa's place was great for our stay on the east coast. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The place was perfect for a family to have their own separate place, yet they can still be together with the shared area. I would highly recommend the airbnb, great to get to all the areas on the east coast. The airbnb description was accurate and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

It was really great place to stay with family and it was very clean and quiet! Definitely recommended!

Alina’s place was such a great find! Had everything needed — cooler, beach chairs, towels, and even a beach bag. It was about a 5-10 min drive to the beach. And nearby were grocery stores for last minute items. The neighborhood was very quiet. The backyard was huge and a hammock in the front. I would definitely stay here again for longer!

The house surprisingly was quite stocked, more than I expect to see at any other airbnbs. I didn’t need to pick anything other than food at Walmart for the few evenings we cooked at home. There were quite a bit of these tiny ants so we couldn’t leave anything out. Otherwise it was a great stay, and loved that it was so close to the beach.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located next to the activities we booked and we appreciated the amenities offered as well as the coordination and communication of the hosts! It can be a bit confusing to find on the navigator at times so we recommend that you go by the “Antique Bakery” located nearby and follow the map from there! Overall, it was a lovely Airbnb experience!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! We were looking for a place close to the airport (only 30-45 mins) and close to calm beaches. We had all of that and more! The pool was usually empty so it felt like my kids personal pool, the place was spotless and best of all we had access to so many beaches within 10 mins drive.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wow! This place was awesome! Mary was great, with fantastic communication the whole way, with a very easy check-in and even a welcome gift. The apartment is comfortable and the scenery is beautiful! Easy to get to, right on the beach, the breeze across the terrace made that our favorite place to be when we weren't on the water. Such a great location, and Mary's local recommendations were fantastic. It's nice to be outside the bustle of San Juan, and being steps from the water made for a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!

Brad was a great host. He provided a long list of recommendations to assist with our travel with our young child. The view from the apartment was incredible and the location was convenient for everything we intended on doing during our stay in Luquillo! Highly recommend.

The condo was extremely well equipped, large and spacious. The location was excellent, we have stayed in Luquillo many times and will definitely try to stay at this property in the future.
