Monthly Rentals in Mata de Plátano

What an amazing place. Easy to access Luquillo (10 min) but at the top of a neighborhood nestled in the rain forest. No mosquitos at our place (April, though we did have some in Luquillo). Amazing nature sounds at night, peaceful and quiet. We would love to stay again when we go back. The island lost power for two days, but we were all set with the power walls. Internet and AC worked the whole time. Clutch!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, the views were absolutely gorgeous, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this condo. We were only there for 1 night, but wish could have stayed longer. Condo is just as described, beach front, view from the balcony is amazing, pictures don't do it justice. Beach outside is excellent, literally right across the street from the condo. about 10 min walk to the "restaurant row" in Luquillo. There are a couple of convenience stores near by. We came on an early ferry from Vieques, and Gabriel was able to let us check in early, right after the apartment got cleaned. That was much appreciated -- we wanted to hit the beach, not sit in the lobby with our bags :)

My stay was absolutely perfect. Their home was beautiful inside and out. The pictures did the house justice because, in person, it truly gives that villa vacation feel. Lisa and Ryan were so helpful and had so many great restaurant recommendations. They made sure everything I could ever think of was already accounted for. I didn’t have to go get anything. Anytime I texted them with a request, it was handled within an hour. The breakfast was absolutely astounding. The fact that she’s a true chef made the experience even more amazing. They didn’t just give us an Airbnb; they gave us an experience. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever need to stay at another Airbnb whenever I come to Puerto Rico.
