5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This was the best decision my family and I could have made! Staying in this spacious apartment with its stunning terrace and breathtaking views of the sea and the rest of the island was more than just delightful. We cherished every moment and enjoyed it to the fullest. It’s only a 5-minute walk to a secluded beach with crystal-clear water and beautiful surroundings. However, for grocery shopping or getting around, having a car is advisable, as taxis are not very reliable in the area. Regardless, we would love to return someday

The place was amazing! Superb little old stone house that reminded is of spain and andalucia! Very charming with beautiful interior! Close to the beach and all the shops and reataurants!

What a wonderful week! The apartment had everything we (4 adults, 2 kids) needed to stay a week. It was very well-equipped, and we cooked many meals there. We did not have a car, but we walked to restaurants and to the small stores nearby. The pool area was beautiful and the beach across the street was enjoyed every day. The air conditioning was excellent with each room being controlled separately. We loved watching the boats on the water from the balcony. We really felt at home. I can’t imagine a better place to stay. We’d love to return!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

We loved staying at this place on our trip through Croatia! Ivana, Ljubica and especially Toto were very welcoming!

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. We had a great stay all around! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. The view from the living room and the terrace is a dream! Everything was super organised and we felt comfortable immediately. Andrija was very friendly, helpful and always available. I can absolutely recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Nenad's was perfect all around! The apartment was very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly enthusiastic about the terrace – a real highlight! Whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening with wine - we enjoyed the time there very much. Nenad was a great host: friendly, helpful and always available. The check-in was completely uncomplicated and the communication went smoothly. We felt really comfortable and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Beach, supermarket and restaurants are within minutes walking distance. Jakica is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. We were able to communicate well with her using simple English or Google Translate.

We had a great stay at Borka's home. Upon arrival we were warmly and very hospitably welcomed by Borka and her partner. They had lots of fun and original tips for things to do nearby. The house itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, just outside the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of several beaches, the boukevard of Okrug Gornji and a supermarket. Nearby there is beautiful nature and there are nice visits to cities or villages (possibly by boat), such as Trogir and Split. Highly recommended for everyone!

We had a lovely stay in this tiny house. It has a large terrace that overlooks the beautiful bay. What a treat to start your day with a breakfast in such a gorgeous setting! And to end it with the sunset in front of you and a nice drink in your hand. Need I say more? The house itself is not large, but has everything you need. And who wants to sit inside anyways when there is so much to see and do? The bay is just a few steps down the stairs, go for a hike on the island or just hop over to Trogir or Split. Both cities are a short drive away and surely worth a visit. The road leading to the house is quite tight and narrow. If possible, rent a small car. We visited just before the holiday season started so there was not much traffic. Some may consider driving backwards on a dirt road with stone walls on both sides an adventure, others may not. An absolute recommendation for anybody looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Jamina was an extremely attentive host. The apartment was beautiful and in pristine condition. We drove to the accommodation which had secure parking at the rear. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Would definitely recommend

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

The house is ideally located, you can walk to the public beaches with bars around the corner, the bus to Trogir also around the corner and by car you can drive to Trogir (5 minutes to the large parking lot). Especially nice in the preseason because then Trogir is not too busy and there are already some bars and restaurants open around the corner. Everything closed early in the evening in May when we were there. You have to go to Trogir for an ice cream after 9 pm. Our host was very friendly and relaxed. You can walk straight into the sea, the garden looks very cozy, lavender and roses. The terrace is especially great!! Nice loungers, beautiful parasols and dining furniture also top. Furthermore, everything was clean and sleek yet cozy with a beautiful complete kitchen. The beds are wonderful, only the bathroom is a bit small but satisfied well. We enjoyed.
