S The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Eriksbergs quay and the water, where the ferry takes you into town. Bus is just outside and takes you to Nordstan in 13 minutes. Dishwasher and washing machine available. The apartment is fresh and built in 2007, and renovated in 2017. Two balconies of 14 sqm with fantastic evening sun and no visibility. Of which a glassed-in.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!
