Charmante maison avec petite terrasse au cœur du village de Messery. Proche de toutes commodités, à quelques mètres seulement (Supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, restaurant...). Un parking gratuit est disponible devant la maison. Le lac se trouve à environ 5 min à pied. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture du village médiéval d’Yvoire, 15 minutes de la frontière suisse, 30 minutes de Genève et 1h du centre ville d'Annecy. Les 1ères stations de ski se trouvent à env. 40 min.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. It has a double sofa bed (1.60 m), a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a garden.
