For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive from the Swiss border, 10 min from the village of Yvoire, 20 min from the center of Geneva and Thonon-les-Bains, 40 min from the ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour from Chamonix.

Close to the lake... not far from the mountains

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

The studio has a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a cozy seating area with its pellet stove and a nice space for your meals. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. The apartment offers a magnificent view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
