We had a wonderful stay in Moussages, in a beautiful building full of charm. When we arrived, Léa welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house, providing us with all the necessary explanations. The house is very well equipped and offers great comfort, with a breathtaking view of the castle of Auzer as a bonus. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings, including the village of Salers and the waterfall of Salins, two places full of charm. Despite the sometimes gloomy weather, the pool greatly contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. A very beautiful break in an exceptional setting! Our family of five spent an amazing four days at this beautiful property in the tiny village of Lentillac Saint Blaise in the Lot region. Jean Charles and Annick are such gracious hosts - we received a warm welcome the first evening, where Jean Charles invited us to help ourselves to everything in his vegetable garden and the kids loved gathering fresh strawberries. raspberries, gooseberries and lettuce. On our last morning we had a wonderful conversation about local authors and the history of the region. Every corner of their house and garden shows fine attention to detail and beautiful aesthetic sense. Jean Charles built much of the gorgeous furniture himself in his metal workshop. The pool is just perfect and beautifully maintained for daily swims after sightseeing in the many magnificent villages and sites around the region. Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The linens and toiletries are top quality. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a restful stay!

Great house, great location absolutely loved it, will be returning again

What a fantastic place and a great house! Philippe and Céline are very nice, sweet and pleasant to deal with. We have not often visited such a great airbnb cottage, everything was just as beautiful, clean, complete and with an eye for detail. The swimming pool is of course the icing on the cake, wonderful. Meyssac is a very nice village, nice market, nice terraces, nice people. The surroundings are beautiful, after every road there is another hill where you have the most beautiful views, it does not stop! Beautiful villages, castles and not to forget, the walnut oil! Blissful! In short…we are in love with Corrèze, Meyssac and this wonderful house.

A big thank you to Pierre for hosting us in his beautiful house in Bois. The place is superb, perfectly furnished, with very well thought-out spaces, the swimming pool, the sauna... My friends, who were discovering Aveyron, were delighted by this interlude between Conques and the surrounding landscapes. For my part, as a native of the region, I had great pleasure in sharing a little of this territory with them. And as promised this morning, I intend to come back!

From our initial enquiry Thomas was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thomas and felt straight at home. The house itself is equipped with everything you would need and the decor is lovely throughout. The area around the house is vast and there are many different spots to sit and relax. There is some traffic noise to be heard from the road. From the canoes sailing down the river to the hot air balloons and the incredible scenery, it’s just magnificent. The house is well situated near to dozens of local villages, gardens, castles, shops and restaurants. We weren’t short of anything to do for the 2 weeks we were here. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home in the Dordoigne.

We had a wonderful stay in this mill, tastefully decorated. Peaceful, very quiet, you hear nothing but the sound of the small stream. For cooking, there are all the utensils; we were even able to grill in the fireplace. As for the bedding, it is very nice, as is the bathroom. Harlee, the owner, lives in the part next to the mill. She is very discreet but is always available to answer any questions. In short, we recommend this place to stay in an atypical place.

The house is really perfect for a break from everyday life with friends, ideally located and very well furnished. It is clear that the construction of the house was done with the well-being of future holidaymakers in mind. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, even without having seen the otters! We were lucky to meet Gertjan who is really nice and available, and we had Helena by message who is just as nice and responsive. We will come back without hesitation!

A perfectly renovated cottage, very tastefully furnished, everything you need is available, great garden and everything in complete peace and seclusion. Modern heating systems, impressively ecological, we were delighted with the house and hostess.

great stay as I imagined: the site is very nice, surrounded by forests, a river, in the middle of nature with 2 pretty Salers cows nearby. the cottage is very comfortable and welcoming. Hikes around the cottage, a lake nearby and a beautiful region: a very nice holiday. Finally, a nice meeting with Graciella who welcomed us on our arrival and was there on our departure: nothing to do with the "welcome" of a key box! We chatted as if we had known each other for a long time, I really enjoyed it, thank you!

We had a great stay in Xaintrie in the house of Marion and Laurent who are super nice, who have restored and furnished with great taste. The house has a lot of charm (it is superb, we loved it). In addition, the setting is beautiful and quiet. It has everything you need. Honestly, we'd go back in a heartbeat. It was great. Thanks again to Marion and Laurent.

We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, ample and comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning to late evening. The area is very quiet and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. Communication with Joffrey and Elsa is great, friendly and you get a quick response to questions.

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.
