Apartment of about 60 m² on the first floor with terrace composed of a living room/dining room with equipped kitchen (oven/hob/microwave/dishwasher/small fridge), 1 bedroom double bed, 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined + children's playroom, bathroom and toilet.

Lake Paladru, with lagoon-colored waters and temperatures reaching 26° in summer, stretches along our private beach. From the terrace, stunning 180° views... 2 paddles available. Bikes and pedal boats for rent 2 km away. On the hiking side, the Chartreuse massif awaits you... TV. Internet. Please bring your bed sheets, bath and bath towels.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a very special microclimate of relaxation, tranquility, and vacation, with a heavenly view! In short, a side of Provence in Chartreuse! I live in this house and release it when I'm booked in order to leave it for you privatized. So you have access to the whole house except my room and garage. However, I am leaving my cats, Roxy and Gribouille.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

My little cottage will welcome you at the edge of the woods where you can fully enjoy the ambient calm. Ideally located at the start of the Chartreuse Park, 20 minutes from Voiron, you can easily practice various activities (hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, climbing...) or simply enjoy the view!
