Holiday rentals with a patio in Massarosa

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Great stay at Veve's. We had done a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was La Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and sufficient for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared for our arrival, and some very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool, the small garden is sublime for a coffee break and breakfast. Veve is very responsive and communicates a lot, I drank all her coffee and she didn't hesitate to bring more. Really very good stay, I will definitely be back.

We had a great time in this apartment, comfortable, clean and tidy. Lorena was very nice and approachable.

We stayed with Eugen for 5 nights and it was all great! The apartment was really clean, everything important was available and the communication was impeccable :) a small highlight was a cooking evening in the outdoor kitchen, with Italian dishes and organized and hosted by Eugen. In addition, we were helped with a fine ticket because we drove onto the highway without a ticket. Since we do not speak Italian, it was difficult for us to act here and this was practically taken away from us. This is not a matter of course and underlines the hospitality for us once again. We will be happy to come back!!

I was with 3 friends hiking in the Apuan, and Carla's house was a great support. Very close to many routes, quiet and with an incredible view from the terrace on the second floor. Carla also allowed us to have a check-out later because of a last minute need, very kind even at check-in. Tip!!

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed a night of scenery during a trip, the house is new, cozy and well equipped with several accessories. Communicative and available host. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quick to reach and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
