Until the sixties of the last century, the square was home to the wholesale fruit and vegetable market and was considered a very poor neighborhood. The apartment is a project of mine and my brother's. We took care of the renovation in person by handcrafting the furnishings. It is located within the city walls of Lucca, with ceilings over 3 meters high and double views that make the space very bright. It has a small balcony and a decorative fireplace (not usable due to city regulations). It is a penthouse and is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, it does not have an elevator.
