With a large garden, it is 900m from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, a seaside town 20km from Lucca and Pisa and an hour's drive from 5 Terre and Florence. The house has a double bedroom, one with bunk beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven and microwave and equipped with Wi-Fi, 40" smart TV, washing machine, barbecue in the garden.

Located in one of the quietest areas of Marina di Massa, a stone's throw from the center and the sea, Casa di Claudia is a very cozy accommodation with a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor area with private parking (for one car only) and a patio to spend pleasant moments. Independent accommodation with shared main gate. A few kilometers from Versilia, Forte dei Marmi and the beautiful Carrara marble quarries.
