From the terrace, you can have breakfast in privacy with a view of a small olive grove.

The apartment offers free private parking and direct private access to the local river, ideal for jogging or reaching the beach on foot in less than 15 minutes, around 1.5 km. It features a fully equipped new kitchen, a renovated bathroom, and a private balcony with views of the Apuan Alps.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
