The apartment is a good deal in the area. It has a wonderful surroundings from the terrace. The host was very friendly, helped us with everything we needed. There are lists with lots of recommendations. Has all the listed amenities. We would definitely come back. Really recommend it.

If you are searching for a peaceful place near Como, Davide place’s is the place to be ! The apartment is well located near Como. If you have a car, there is a parking lot near the apartment. There is a bus stop with 2 line just around the corner that gets you easily and stress free to the city center in less than 20min. The apartment is great, very-well thought with all the necessities and foremost, an unmatched calmness. You can hear the birds in the morning while enjoying your coffee and have the friendly neighbours cat visiting you, asking for some scratches. Davide is an incredible host : very accommodating regarding the arrival and departure, great recommandations and answers super fast ! Very, very nice rustico, very tastefully decorated and with a lot of commitment, great location, tranquility, ... just everything there. I particularly appreciated the contact with Barbara, her tips for hikes and super fast response. It's exactly as described, just better :-)

great house to stay and visit lake Como and rhe great citiies. the house has a great living , kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
