Monthly Rentals in Mashpee

Lauren was very friendly and helpful giving us clear instructions about how to get to the Airbnb as we were arriving after dark in rainy weather. The townhome was very cozy and well kept in a community that felt very safe. We also loved how close the location was to Mashpee Commons and how easy it was to find everything we needed nearby. We definitely would pick this place to stay again in the future!

I cannot thank Matt and Kenzie enough for letting us use their beautiful home in Mashpee. The home was as described and they allowed us to check in early after our communication with them. I would love to stay here again. Thank you Matt and Kenzie! ❤️

We had a great time staying here. The house was practically spotless when we got there and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy the home. When needed Josh was very quick to respond to all of our texts and was super helpful and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this home.

This was our first stay at an air bnb. Now the bar is set high. After the second day we caught ourselves saying “let’s get home “ . The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We were so happy that your place was our first.
