The apartment keeps what photos and description promise and Zita is an excellent host. Very communicative, she gave us helpful tips even before the arrival. The reception was very friendly and the briefing very prudent. It was very clear that Zita cared about our well-being. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The wonderful view over the fjord is worth highlighting. In good weather from the terrace and in the rain also from the room. If you are planning a trip to Bergen, we recommend the ferry, which Knarvik-Kai goes directly into the city centre of Bergen. She drives in the morning and back in the afternoon. The car park is right at the jetty. We have been traveling in Airbnb neighborhoods since 2014, this was one of the most beautiful. We highly recommend it! Christina and Jörg

Bard's place is an excellent choice for us. Good location and even a great idea driving around to neighboring places. Private, quiet place and clean. The sauna is my plus favorite. Bard has complete amenities in the apartment. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Miranda's apartment it was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Miranda communicated excellently and we were really comfortable and overall really enjoyed our experience. The apartment had everything we needed — fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels, and even small, thoughtful touches like tea and snacks that made us feel truly welcome. The host deserves special thanks — incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. He was always available and happy to help with anything we needed. It was a real pleasure communicating with him. We would definitely stay here again!

House 171 was a bit hard to find at first, it's one street higher than 170 and 172. To drive to the property you have to drive up some serpentines, but you will be rewarded with a great view! The place itself has everything you need and a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing!

There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children who enjoyed the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay and the host responded quickly and the communication worked well and smoothly! Note that there is no freezer, but the fridge was good and cold 😊 we would love to come back!

The home is a 20 minute drive from Vik, where you can get groceries and restaurants, but it's a beautiful drive so we didn't mind it at all. We sat and watched the sky change over the fjord every morning.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed this beautiful place. Even though its part of a bigger (beautiful!) house because it is across 2 floors the apartment feels spacious. It's very beautifully decorated and feels cosy and warm. The views across the fjord are incredible and seem to change every time you look out of the window. Aleksander and Johanne were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant opposite is fantastic too. The only thing we missed was a comfy chair or sofa - and slippers for our little girl to wear on the wooden floor whilst she was rushing around at speed (bit slippy/splintery in a couple of places). I'm sure this wouldn't affect adults or older kids though! She LOVED the bath and bathroom! The outdoor deck area is lovely, despite a lot of rain during our stay we made use of it. There's a rowing boat you can borrow and sauna to hire too - we didn't as our daughter a bit young but would be great fun! A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Norway!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Rune’s place. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding property is beautifully maintained and has a lovely garden. The beds are comfy. And to top it off, there is a working wood burning fireplace! This Airbnb was one of the best we have stayed at and we will hopefully be back sooner rather than later.

Arne's place has the most beautiful views of the ocean and that alone makes it worth every penny! My family and I made so many precious memories.And even with such a gorgeous ocean view it is still very conveniently located near a big Kiwi supermarket. House is very cozy and well equipped in every way. 2 sets of BBQ pits, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. I will definitely recommend staying at Arne's house if you are in Bergen, to me and my family his house was the highlight of our holiday in Bergen.

Very good place for those looking for tranquility and rest. Pleasant setting and beautiful scenery. The house is old but comfortable. Communication with our hosts was great!

A fantastic house, large and completely furnished with a lot of love. The kitchen was filled with a lot of crockery and glassware, oil, spices, coffee, etc. A spacious bathroom and a great bed. And then there was a wonderful view - we saw the Hurtigruten boat sail past! For us, the place was great, a bit the end of the world, wonderfully quiet and a beautiful environment to walk. You had to drive 14 km for groceries, but with a little handy planning, that's no problem. Hostess Bodil was very attentive and friendly. I can only recommend her house!

Incredibly nice apartment with everything you might need. Cheerful host who responded quickly to all messages. Especially positive that there were both prepared beds and towels, as well as a baby bed available. We had a very nice stay.

We are so happy we found this place! Great place where it was easy to find peace, both outside in the garden and inside. Very pleasant hosts who enhanced the experience of feeling welcome and at home. Great communication throughout. We will definitely book here at a later time.
