Fishing and island life in Masfjorden

Unique island holiday on Raunøy in Masfjorden. A former small farm is today a place to experience nature and wildlife without disturbances. A vacation spot for fishing, paddling, swimming and finding peace. No cars or road, only tranquility, freedom, fjords and nature. The island is private and out to the island you just come by boat. If you don't have a boat yourself, we'll pick you up at Masfjordnes quay. There's free parking there too. In the island, you can use our Pioneer 15 type country house boat. A full tank is provided. Extra gas can be purchased.

Newly renovated mountain cabin, with electricity and recently running water in Masfjorden🏡 Recharge your batteries on this unique and peaceful shelf under the mountain. Easy access close to the E39, yet in peace and quiet with an adventurous view of Storevatnet. In the summer you can hike in the mountains, pick berries or a delicious rowing trip on the water. About winter there are opportunities for skiing right outside the door, or 30 minutes by car to the ski lift in Stordalen. This is short and good place for peace of mind and tranquility

Cozy little mountain hut with stunning nature

Welcome to my little cozy mountain cabin. Here you can find tranquility in quiet and beautiful surroundings just a small hour away from Bergen city center. The cabin is located right by Storavatnet, a beautiful mountain lake with lots of mountain trout. If fishing is not for you, you can always swim, either in the water or in the natural pools right by the cabin. In winter it is nice to go cross-country skiing here, with nice hikes up to Gleinnefjell, and Stordalen Skisenter/Fjellstove is only 30 minutes away about slalom and good food temps!

Small house from the 50s with views of mountains and large waterfalls. The house is located 200 meters from the sea, in the peaceful countryside of Eidsland. It takes 90 minutes to drive to Bergen. To Voss it takes 1 hour to drive. The place offers great nature and nice hiking trails in forests and mountains. By the sea, you can fish or swim. Fishing licences must be purchased when fishing in rivers or water. A kayak is at your disposal. Boat rental in the area. Linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi & Chromecast. Not TV channels.

Great cabin at the entrance gate to Stølsheimen Large sunny terrace with lovely water & mountain views. Possibilities for barbecue and fire pit. Great hiking terrain and 3 min drive to Stordalen ski center. Possibility of hunting and fishing. Fishing/hunting license can be bought at Fjellstuen or online. Possibility to drive up and unload goods during summer time, parking at Stordalen Fjellstue. Small road up to the cabin (as shown in picture). In winter you have to go up from Stordalen Fjellstue, this takes about 10 minutes.

Here you can easily get to great fishing lakes, bathing water, pools and rivers, wild waterfalls, steep mountains or easy hiking trails for all ages. Unique and beautiful nature experiences at your feet and a lovely cabin to come home to afterwards.

For the active who loves to explore wild and beautiful western nature. Or just enjoy the silence of harmonious surroundings close to the river surrounded by high mountains. It is about 8min drive to Mo i Modalen where there is the possibility of swimming both in the pool and beach. Also there is a cafe/restaurant, bowling alley. There are Coop Xtra, charging stations and gas station pump It is about 30min drive to Gullbrå, which is a popular ski area in winter. It is 1h10min drive to the center of Voss and 1h30 to Bergen.

In the evening, the whole extended family can gather around the game board. 1 hour drive from Bergen you will find Dyrkolbotn. 20 minutes to Sognefjord, 20 minutes drive to Modalen, and 2 hours to Voss.

Good fishing opportunities both in water and lake. 24 hour shop 2 km Here they also sell fuel The nearest charging station, Ostereidet, is about 15 km away

Rural location. Good sun conditions with sun from early morning to late evening in summer. Immediate access to hiking trails and outdoor activities, short distance to Dagsturhytta. A few minutes' walk to fishing and swimming spots by the sea. Approximately 2 km and walking distance to the 24-hour convenience store in Kvingo. There you will also find Snikkarbua Café and Pub, which follows the shop's staffed opening hours. Approximately 38 km to Knarvik with most facilities/service offers.

Mini cabin in the middle of nature

Opplev det enkle og fredelige hyttelivet midt i nydelig vestlandsnatur. Omgitt av fjell, elver, vann og skog ligger denne lille hytten tibaketrukket til. Her får du virkelig følelsen av å være midt i naturen. Området byr på fine turmuligheter både mot Stølsheimen og Matrefjellene. For klatrere ligger det flotte feltet for buldring i Matre en 5 minutt kjøretur unna, og en flott storvegg er like ved hytten. Hytten har også sin helt egen buldrestein et par minutters rusletur unna.
