The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.
