Outside, in the garden or at the nearby playground, there is more play equipment. The hardwood floor and the open wooden ceilings create a sense of well-being and a healthy indoor climate.

Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The house can be reached through a romantic alley and is easy to find through the adjacent jetty tower. The train station and the city center of Marktbreit are within minutes walking distance.
