Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Studio with mezzanine

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a peaceful park with trees. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). This cottage, designed and manufactured by us, will welcome you for a quiet stay. Many family-friendly activities are nearby (hiking, fishing, Le Grand Défi tree climbing park 5 minutes away, zoo and beaches 20 minutes away, Puy du Fou and Noirmoutier 1 hour away, etc.). The ground floor, about 20 m2, contains a beautiful living room (with sofa bed), upstairs, a mezzanine under a slope contains 2 sleeping spaces (1 double bed/1 single bed).

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
