We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.

160‑Acre Farmhouse Retreat – close to Marshall

The farm sits on 160 private acres, about eight miles from downtown Marshall. You’ll have the whole place to yourselves: fields and woods to wander, big skies, good sunsets, and very little light at night.
