Great welcome with local wine bottle, small house 20m from the beach, clean, very comfortable master bedroom queen bed, very nice terrace.

Difficulty parking because it's on the street but everything else was great! 👍 We had a great weekend at the accommodation (hiking and beach nearby)

The house is in an amazing location, very close to the beach, amazing boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Beautiful place, recently nicely remodeled, and very clean. Sophie was very kind and greeted us at check in which was nice. Definitely would recommend the area and the house for a fun stay in Palavas.

Our stay went well, the host is welcoming and flexible with schedules. The apartment is as described, very clean and the host even left us some snacks. The accommodation is very well located, 5 min walk from the train station and 10 min from the city centre. The fact that it has a parking space is a real asset. The only negative point we noted, but which does not depend on the host, is the noise at night in the street. Our conclusion is that this is a very good value for money.

Very nice welcome by Catherine who was able to advise me throughout my stay on visits and walks and with whom I was able to have good exchanges. Regarding accommodation, the room is bright and pleasant. The shared spaces are also very pleasant and the terrace is a real plus. Very good stay about 10 minutes walk from the centre but quiet, so very well located.

We had a great time, very good communication with Andréa. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable and the possibility of preparing a light meal in a well-equipped kitchen to share with the tenants of another room is very convenient. The patio is very nice too. The village is very nice and quiet. We recommend this rental located 8 km from Pézenas but much quieter.

Eric’s apartment had all the amenities we needed, and was clean and tidy. It was close to local points of interest and Eric was incredibly hospitable. He gave us a detailed overview of things to do in the area and how to get around. We were able to communicate well via translate apps (English and French) and his daughter spoke very good English. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend anyone coming to Montpellier to stay with Eric, as you will get a full, insiders experience of the city.

Caroline is a generous, authentic and helpful woman. Enthusiastic and natural telephone reception. When we arrived, she went out of her way for us. We followed him to a night fiesta. Patrick’s place was very welcoming, clean and cosy. The location is excellent- easy to get to from the train station and convenient to walk everywhere in Sète. Patrick prepared a lovely breakfast for us each morning which was very appreciated. He is very friendly and welcoming.

My experience with Jean Michel and Sabrina was exceptional. His kindness and hospitality made me feel very good at all times. The communication was excellent; they were always attentive and answered any questions. Finding the meeting point was very easy. The accommodation was impeccable: super clean, tidy and in perfect condition. You can see the care in every detail to ensure the guest's comfort. The location is ideal: close to everything and at the same time in a quiet area. We appreciate the breakfast included with everything you need, it's a plus. And one detail that I loved was the shared terrace, a very pleasant space to relax and chat, with fantastic views that really add a plus to the experience. (The neighbors are 10 out of 10, thank you!) Jean Michel and Sabrina are two lovely and kind people who make you feel at home. I will repeat 100%
