Gorgeous small, cosy, country cottage in the picture perfect village of Delph in the hills of Sadddleworth, West Yorkshire. Dairy Cottage is tucked away with views of the hills yet within 2 minutes walk of the pretty village centre with a river running through it, close to village amenities cafes, pubs, shops etc. Beautiful bedroom with luxury French double bed, living room/kitchen with electric logburner fireplace, fitted kitchen, luxury shower room (semi-open plan see photos), suntrap patio.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.
We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Relax with the family at this peaceful home from home. Dogs (2 max) well catered for inc sitting service. Lots of local amenities and walks in the wonderful Yorkshire countryside. Grade I listed property looks out onto rolling fields and sits alongside historic Barkisland Hall. Large fully equipped kitchen/diner opens onto a patio with seating for at least 6. Double and twin beds plus lounge with sofa bed upstairs. Main bathroom plus downstairs WC. Utility room inc washing machine.

Smithy Cottage is a purpose furnished self catering holiday let and offers excellent accommodation for 4-5 people. It is not a party or reunion venue. The location is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and visitors to Holmfirth Picturedrome and the many nearby wedding locations. Regarding dogs, prior consent is required. There is a £10 fee per dog per stay, maximum two dogs. Please refer to the rules below in 'Other details to note'.
