In the heart of a fully renovated old barn, come and stay in the quiet countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person vacation rental is divided into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/toilet. Outside, the swimming pool shared with the hosts is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather). The children's playground or the petanque court will keep you busy.

Proche de La Rochelle et de l’île de Ré à 40 mn, de Royan à 1h20, de l'île de d'Oléron à 1h40, du Futuroscope à 1h, du Puy du fou à 1h30, du Zoodysée de Chizé à 10 min, Niort à 20 mn, Coulon et le Marais Poitevin à 15 mn. Commerce à 5 mn. Balade possible sur les bords de sèvre et dans la foret de Chizé. Golf de Niort à 15 mn. Accès à la piscine chauffée partagée avec nous de début mai à fin septembre.
