Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

very nice accommodation. as advertised. Quiet because there's a dead end. Small touches upon arrival allow you to eat and quench your thirst upon arrival. very responsive host when we did not have hot water. the pool is very pleasant and well heated. Possibility to go into town a 5 min walk where you can find shops and restaurants. I will return there without any problem. the bedding may need to be reviewed.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Raouf is a responsive host. The apartment is perfect for easy and walking access in 5-10 minutes to La Marsa beach, on the road to Gammarth, and on the road to reach Tunis.

clean accommodation and in a good location,close to all amenities, access to the apartment is easy with the lockbox.

IT. DOES. NOT. GET. BETTER. This place is VERY underrated. The ocean view is unbelievable. This is a 5 star hotel atmosphere. The olace was prestine, Very clean. I seriously felt like home. I felt as relaxed as I was on my own couch throusand miles away. Very warm place. Spacious and very cozy rooms. Do not hesitate at all. Omar is another story. helpful and answers before you even text. Ready to help in anything you ask. Ah, what a nice stay and memories. Thank u Omar.

We had a great time at Hichem's house with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean, spacious, functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated, even better than pictured! I also appreciated the fact that the crib had a mattress for baby comfort. Great location, located at the entrance to Marsa, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Parking on the street was easy, especially at the end of the day. Hichem is a friendly and available host. The only negative was the elevator out of order, the 3 floors are rough with a baby, or heavy loads, but we had been warned. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again Thanks again!

Samia’s place is a beautiful and peaceful gem. What an honor to experience not only incredible hospitality, but the home/ location itself is perfect. Everything is walkable, especially to the beach. The home itself is surrounded by a well tended garden by Samia, with her adorable cats, it felt like the perfect sanctuary. The home is incredibly space with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. I look forward to another visit in the future!
