Great stay! The location is quite central, there is everything nearby. Nesrine and her friend were super welcoming and available, perfect communication. I recommend it!

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

So beautiful and peaceful!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our first night in Tunisia with my two adult children. Leila is so sweet and was so helpful with everything. Her and her husband went way above and beyond to help us with a rental care issue we had. The peace of mind they gave us was worth everything to us!! We were so happy we added on dinner for when we arrived. The food was AMAZING and served outside next to their beautiful pool with the most beautiful view!! Breakfast was also fantastic and served in their shaded and breezy pool house with amazing views all around! It is so hard to believe that this place is only minutes outside of Tunis. It is soooo quiet and peaceful and beautiful. Leila made our first night in Tunis so special and we are very grateful!

Ahmed is one of the best hosts I have ever met! Always responded very quickly and was ready to help. The flat is just wonderful, everything corresponds to the photos. Very clean, bright, very nice terrace outside. The house itself is located in a nice central area, close to shops and the beach. My friends and I were very satisfied, I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart!

Rabâa was an incredibly good host, very responsive and hospitable. Location was very convenient to get everywhere we wanted, and the flat was clean with good air conditioning.

Christine was very responsive to any questions, the apartment is very well decorated, everything is well maintained, there is the essential with a charming terrace. The advantage of this apartment is that it is very bright with a very panoramic view of the forest of Gammarth and a view of the sea in the distance. And the place is very quiet to rest. We'll definitely be back.

During my three nights here, I had an amazing experience. The flat was completely occupied, spotless and functional, with all the appliances in the kitchen and other areas functioning properly.

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

The property is fantastic, really welcoming, and sophisticated. I felt home once I walked in . She is a wonderful & great person , available whenever you ask for a help ,she is really very helpful. It is hard to find a better place in La Marsa. Apartment is located in the heart of this area in beatiful old building. Space is very comfortable, designed with the great taste. It has got great terrace with a table - we were eating our meals, looking at the street life. Very close to the beach and places when you can eat very tasty food. It was better than I expected! The highest class!

Clean, cute and smelling place, as well as a good location. The neighborhood is quiet, which is an advantage when you land on the balcony. Mohamed is very kind of you. He is helpful and very responsive to the slightest request. Recommended +++

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

Well-appointed, equipped, located and relaxing apartment. Excellent choice, to remember for an upcoming stay in Tunis.

Everything worked out great, my husband was there for one night because he had an important appointment nearby. He was very kindly received by Zeineb's father, and he felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was beautifully decorated & there was a beautiful balcony! Upon request, we were told that we could even check out a little later. We are completely satisfied and will gladly take the apartment again!

Everything was perfect, the host was great. The pool is shared with the other Airbnbs in the villa but we were practically always alone to enjoy it. Very nice breakfast offered! Thanks again
