The villa offered by Chahrazed was beautiful, identical to the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and beautiful. The garden was beautiful and welcoming. The place was perfect for our barbecue around the pool. Communication with Chahrazed was easy, she responds very quickly and is very helpful. She brought us a large and brand new barbecue for our grills because the one on site was a little small The house is welcoming and very practical and can easily accommodate the ten people indicated I recommend Chahrazed's house and I will return whenever I want to have an extended family meeting Thank you very much

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

My experience with Raouf was 10/10 on every aspect, it matches perfectly the description and even better when you're personally there, very comfy and cosy atmosphere and decorations, his mom was extremely friendly and welcoming, both were extremely responsive to every question and request. I'd definitely come back if I ever would like to spend a night in the area without any doubt.

Neila has always been present while being very discreet. The studio is very nice with a beautiful decor and Neila had put coffee, eggs, bread, yogurt etc... which is very nice when you arrive The pool is really a quiet and peaceful place. Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

Warm welcome from Ashraf. Nice house to live in, especially thanks to the terrace. Neighbourhood set back from the seaside. We enjoyed meeting authentic neighbours and shopkeepers that we wouldn't have seen if we had been more in the city centre. The mattresses, kitchen and bathroom have already seen better days. Very nice stay!

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a double bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with bathtub. Accommodation up to our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

I had a great stay! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and inviting. Dodi was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed — and the amenities provided made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed 4 days at Ahmed's. Very friendly person who took the time to show us the apartment, how it works and even made some suggestions for restaurants in the area. Everything was clean and we even had some pastries at our disposal when we arrived. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. The location is safe in a small adjacent street, perfect, close to several cafes, bakeries, street restaurants and small grocery stores. The beach is actually close to the accommodation in the beautiful La Marsa district. When we left, we forgot a bag of shoes in the accommodation while we were already in another city 1 hour away. We immediately contacted Ahmed to inform him of our oversight, he instantly replied and reassured us that his mother had found it and that she would keep it safe for us until we returned to pick it up. Many thanks to them!

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

Absolutely amazing stay! The beach was pristine and just steps away—literally one door down! The area is full of great spots to eat, relax, and enjoy the vibe. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience special were the hosts—they went above and beyond, even bringing me food! Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout. A solid 10/10—highly recommended!

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

had a very nice stay in the beautiful airbnb in La Marsa. Very spacious, and close to the beach. Our 5-year-old daughter loved the turtles. Moncef went above and beyond to give us a nice stay. I had asked in advance if he could prepare some beach toys and there was a complete set ready, so nice!!! Thank you🙏🤗, we will definitely come back.

Charming house located in a great area. Easy to walk to the city center and enjoy what the area has to offer. The villa is kids friendly and is well equipped, super clean and in a very quiet zone.
