This is where we, as the host family, call home. Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space for 5–6 guests (approx. 90 sq m) so they can also unwind and relax. The large window facade lets in plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the Hochplatte, the Grassau local mountain, and all the way into Tyrol to the Wilder Kaiser! The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to while away the time. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a relaxing break in the swimming pool or sauna.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.
