I had stayed in this flat with my family consisting of young children, senior citizen parents and my wife, I must say that everyone liked the unit. The flat is beautiful, fully ventilated, with natural air coming from every corner of the flat. It is located near to Swaraj Round (where the Sree Vadakkumnathan Temple is located). We were easily able to book the Uber to go around the city. The host was kind to arrange the washing machine for us on my request. Not mandatory though however two things which could be improved in my opinion:- 1) Good to have a Power backup like Inverter in the flat as there were frequent power disruptions in the area and that too for long time and crucial when your phones/laptops are running out of charge 2) The Internet was not working in between even though my devices were connected to the router Overall, it is really a nice place to stay. I would strongly recommend to everyone and I would personally be booking it again during my next visit in Thrissur.

Correspondence with Tom's was excellent. and the coordination with the caretaker, Mr. Sanju, also went well. My vehicle was absolutely safe in the locked yard of the home and WiFi was good: two important considerations for me. The place was as advertised and all the listed amenities were present and functional. Location was fine for me as I did not mind the traffic noise from the highway nearby. I would have liked to stay longer but someone else had already booked the place. Definitely worth what I paid to stay there.

Had a wonderful stay in the heart of Thrissur. The host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and even allowed a late checkout. The room was clean, peaceful, and well-prepared. Great panoramic street view from the glass window. Despite being next to the road, the room was airtight and quiet, ensuring restful sleep. Location is perfect with autorickshaws outside and top restaurants nearby. However, the entry staircase had a strong pan smell, which was unpleasant. A nearby yard had discarded alcohol and plastic bottles, affecting the overall vibe. Also, the wash basin area is a bit open, raising privacy concerns. Overall, a clean, cozy stay with a fantastic host and prime location. With small improvements to the entrance and shared areas, it would be close to perfect!

Mr Joseph's property is located in a calm and serene locality. The hosts were very friendly. A special thanks to madam for preparing some sumptuous breakfast and Veg dinner for us. She also prepared egg curry. We were asked if wanted Coffee/tea as soon as we entered the property, which made our day. Thanks for the sweetdish and the icecream with fruit to finish off the dinner in style. We felt truly at home during our stay. The rooms were comfy with AC. Thanks for taking minute care of the amenities and keeping branded stuff for the guests. The green garden tour and friendly pets are a plus, a bonus. I would recommend anyone for both long or short stays, in case they are looking for a property around this area. Inspiring to hear the story of Mr Joseph.
