Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Bright, friendly attic apartment. There is a double bed and a travel cot for toddlers in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. In the spacious kitchen you can eat in a cozy round. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition. The apartment is in my mom's house She handles the handover of keys and shows you where everything is located. When booking with a dog, an additional €5 per animal per night applies.

In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. Welcome to our tiny house on Sundhäuser lake in Nordhausen ! On 30m2 there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is available in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a cot and a high chair. Sup and canoe can be rented on site.
