Beautifully converted barn, I lovingly restored it over the last 10 years, to the highest standards to offer a modern country living. I made it as my dreams evolved, including a home cinema, underfloor heating, internal courtyard for barbecues etc. Tucked away in a pretty village with it's bakery and convenience store, yet with easy access to stunning local countryside, historic villages and castles. Welcome to Gîte le Douglas Bleu, at Sophie and Francis's. This cottage is the culmination of a 3-year design and renovation work by Francis, combining the technique of the log and "chic" reuse. This nature, family project is located in an exceptional setting, with stunning views of the Monts du Forez, the Plaine, and on a clear day, Mont Blanc! You will stay in a cottage for 8 to 10 people, atypical and totally customized in the warm atmosphere of wood.

Three bedrooms are at your disposal (2 double beds and a single bed). A bathroom, a large dining room with fireplace, a living room, and a large balcony overlooking the village square will allow you to make the most of your stay.
