Our stone house, built in accordance with the original texture of Alaçatı that began in the early 1800s, with the harmony of the stones and wood of the region, aims for your comfort and peace with the opportunities it offers. Our house, which is centrally located but on a quiet street as much as possible, provides the opportunity to both access entertainment within walking distance and enjoy peace in its courtyard. The main house has a big garden with flowers and it is a safe environment for kids to play.The house has a big sitting room connected to the fully functional and equiped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine,sandwich toaster,juicer). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds,wardroabs. There is also a comfortable bathroom.The house has a big balcony with a beautiful view. A supermarket and a gasstation is closer by.

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. It is 10 minutes by car to Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey.
