Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooking the castle Hohenschwangau. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Coffee maker Bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
