Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Bright accommodation at Ringpark

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to 4 overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed also 1.60m wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 € pro Tier.

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).

The spacious apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Erlenbach directly below the vineyards and offers a good start for long walks. Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.
