A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

A paradise for holidaymakers who want to get to know the Franconian Forest and love nature. Whether cyclists or hikers, they all find peace and inspiration here. The bright and well-maintained 45 sqm non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor of our house. Our large, certified natural garden invites you to relax. It is only a few minutes' walk to the edge of the forest and to the starting point of "Hikeable Germany" and the adventure playground for the little ones is only 100m away.

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The castle tells the farmer's war and is still at the highest point of Redwitz to date Cities such as Bamberg, Bayreuth, Coburg, Kulmbach, Kronach & Bad Staffelstein can be reached within half an hour!

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet location for hiking, cycling, working or just relaxing. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.

Welten vacation home

Due to the location on the outskirts, it is quiet, and the fenced garden invites you to linger. Dogs are very welcome, have enough space to play here and can move freely. We allow ourselves to charge €5 per night per dog for the extra cleaning effort, which is to be paid upon departure. For the colder season, a Swedish stove in the living room provides warmth and the rain shower provides a relaxing shower.
