We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

In the spa and recreational resort Lübben (Spreewald), your spacious, private accommodation is located 3km from the centre of Lübben! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. A relaxing sleep is guaranteed in the cozy king-size bed with ambilight. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed and a single bed can accommodate up to 5 people, if it can be adventurous. This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Tiny House-Freuden im Spreewald

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a separate area to sit and relax, you can also spread out in the tree house. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau train station is about 2.5 km away.

Near Tropical Island Our cozy cottage with garden is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the city center and ferry port in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. Located directly on the bike and hiking trail, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and day trips from here.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.
