A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Marta's house is small but very nice and well cared for in every detail, great for two people. The outdoor terrace is perfect for meals and is sheltered from the sun by magnificent flowers. Getting to the sea on foot is convenient, about 10 minutes, as is getting to the town centre. You can reach other wonderful beaches in a short time by car. Marta was very kind and helpful. Recommended!!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

The apartment was great. It was wonderful to sit outside under the olive tree and look at the mountains and Arzachena. The location was ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda. Giovanni and his mother were very warm and extremely hospitable, gave us eggs and delicacies from their own garden. We had a great time there and would love to come back if we travel to Sardinia again. Many, many thanks to Giovanni and Patrizia!!!

The accommodation is, without exaggeration, the most beautiful Air BnB we have probably ever booked. We spent almost all of our time there on the absolutely beautiful terrace, which we eventually named "Bali Terrace" because the view is so absolutely overwhelming, sunny and green, with a wide view of the sea. Communication was easy and tip-top. And even though we only communicated digitally, you could feel the love that was transmitted as soon as you entered. Definitely recommend! ☀️

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Perfect location, very fast and effective communication. I think the room needs an update, but I can't consider it a negative factor for the review, it's as shown in the photos. It would have been useful to have the drying rack clean and covered, usable but it wasn't. In short, comfortable and very well located.

Gianfranca is very kind, we arrived very early and he let us in anyway, close to everything, the sea, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars, I recommend it to everyone

Absolutely Stunning! The view is breathtaking — picture-perfect. The space is stylish comfortable and charming. Located in the heart of the magnificent old town of Bonifacio , wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and the market are just steps away, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. Morning coffee and evening wine with that view? Pure magic. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay, this is it!

Andrea and Miryam welcomed us very hospitably, the house is close to San Pantaleo, a very great place, and we ate very well at Andrea and Miryam's....everything was great

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

We had a lovely week at the apartment! The view from the terrace is fantastic 🥰 right bed a great beach. Rental car makes things easier

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbour and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is an excellent co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good eater and we recommend this accommodation!

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
