La casa è deliziosa, un piccolo Bijoux nel cuore di P. S. Giorgio! Vicino alla stazione, alle vie commerciali, al mare! Molto servita. Ambiente raffinato, elegante, curato nei dettagli. Offre due piani: nel primo si trovano l'ingresso, cucina, soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un bagno servito. Nel secondo piano, con il soffitto di travi in legno, si trova una camere da letto, con letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con tutti i servizi.
