Beachfront holiday rental in Marina di Ravenna

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll. Schön geräumig, tolle Lage und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, top! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Super war auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit Ewa war auch hervorragend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rimini kommen würden, würde ich die Wohnung nochmal nehmen. Wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen!

War ein super Aufenthalt, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Hat immer super schnell geantwortet und war freundlich!

Pobyt u Diany możemy ocenić na bardzo dobry. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem czy porozumieniem się. Ogromnym plusem były szybkie odpowiedzi na komunikatorze na wszelkie pytania. Mieszkanie było idealne na te kilka dni pobytu, można tam było znaleźć wszystko co było potrzebne. Okolica bardzo cicha i przyjazna. Nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń. W przypadku powrotu do Rimini na pewno rozważymy ponownie pobyt w Casa Stefania.

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

l'appartamento di Isabella è stato curato in ogni dettaglio. dagli infissi che lasciavano fuori il rumore esterno, sia nella mobilia. Pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. si affaccia direttamente sulla passeggiata ma la zona è piuttosto tranquilla. Fondamentale il posto auto interno con cancello.

Die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort hat hervorragend funktioniert, Francesco hat uns selbst die Wohnung gezeigt und alles wichtige erklärt. Zudem war er immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und ein MiniMarket für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es war von unserer Seite her ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Ein sehr schön gelegener Campingplatz. Alles war sehr schön angelegt und immer sauber. Unser Mobilheim war ziemlich neu und in bester Verfassung, dass hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls top

Wir waren eine Woche bei Tiziana zu Gast, die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet mit Hund, das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Tiziana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin war immer sofort erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen bei ihr eine Auszeit zu nehmen und die Gegend und die Unterkunft zu genießen!

Wir waren zu viert in dem Apartment untergebracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns für ein paar schöne Tage in Italien. :)

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Alloggio molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort. Lo spazio esterno recintato è perfetto per chi ha animali domestici. Il mare vicino e la possibilità di vedere daini, fenicotteri e altri animali è stato molto molto bello. Grazie per la disponibilità e le informazioni, è stato un piacere e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Un bellissimo soggiorno. La casa si trova in una posizione comoda, vicinissima alla spiaggia e allo stesso tempo al riparo dal rumore. La presenza della pineta offre riparo dal caldo e un piacevole sottofondo di cinguettii di uccelini; non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi con le zanzare utilizzando zampironi e spray. Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 con un neonato di 7 mesi per il quale ci è stato fornito tutto il necessario (culla e seggiolone). Non abbiamo sentito la mancanza di nulla. Il proprietario è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Si è verificato un inconveniente con gli scarichi della casa che è stato prontamente risolto da Marco che ci ha persino offerto una cena per scusarsi, un gesto gentile che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Sono stata nell' appartamento di Sabrina una settimana con mia figlia. l' appuntamento è piccolissima ma ben organizzata, è dotata di tutti i confort per concederti di passare qualche giorno di relax. Ogni settore era ben fornita, ad esempio i condimenti in cucina, detersivo per la lavastoviglie,detergenti e per il bagno ecc. Ho molto gradito anche la presenza della macchina del caffè. L' appuntamento si trova a metà tra Misano e Cattolica faccilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi o bici. Sabrina e suo marito sono stati dei host molto disponibili e comprensibili. Il giorno del check in la mia macchina a metta strada ha avuto un avaria e ho dovuto portarla in officina. Ho proseguito il viaggio in treno fino a Cesena. A Cesena poi Sabrina e suo marito si sono offerti di darmi un passaggio fino a Misano. Sono stati gentilissimi ad aiutarmi con informazioni e il passaggio.

Che dire... tutto perfetto! Flavio e Moira sono host affabili, affidabili e professionali. Lo stabile è in posizione ottimale, direttamente sulla spiaggia quindi molto comodo anche per chi ha figli (Bagno 41 da Nicola, consigliatissimo!). L'alloggio è veramente carino, ristrutturato da poco, pulito e molto ben attrezzato (apprezzatissimo il cucinino, molto funzionale!). Abbiamo trascorso circa una settimana in assoluto relax! Sicuramente da tener presente per altre vacanze in zona!

É la seconda volta che alloggiamo nell’appartamento di Vivian, e come la prima volta tutto è stato perfetto! Sicuramente ritorneremo
