We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Couldn’t have been better. Fezzano is the most relaxing spot and a great base to explore the surrounding area. Sabrina was super friendly, helped with local recommendations and even booked a restaurant for us. Parking is convenient and the apartment is clean and modern. Great terrace. We will be back - definitely recommend!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Wir waren das 1. Mal in Giovanna‘s Haus. Sofort haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Liebe in das Haus gesteckt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique logement dans un endroit splendide ! Une hôte attentionnée et d'une très grande gentillesse ! La literie est super confortable et le logement est comme sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est génial ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

6/5 – Wohlfühlwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht und herzlichen Gastgebern Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser gemütlich-rustikal eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die persönliche Note sorgt für eine warme Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem, und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein Highlight war die Terrasse mit dem liebevoll angelegten Garten. Abends konnten wir dort herrlich den Sonnenuntergang genießen – der Blick über das Tal war traumhaft. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Maurizio und Stefania: Sie waren außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und haben sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Man merkt, dass sie mit echter Freude Gastgeber sind – offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. El apartamento nuevecito, muy limpio. Un gusto de alojamiento. La torre de Pisa andando a 10 minutos. Un hipermercado carrefour a 7 minutos en coche. El coche encerrado dentro del edificio. La comunicación con Sabina muy rápida.

we really enjoyed our stay here! it was walkable to everything we wanted to do and had great restaurants near by. It was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung rundum genossen! Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, super sauber und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war von Anfang an herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, appartement was schoon, netjes en goed bijgehouden. Alles was aanwezig. Host reageert snel. Wij vonden de buurt alleen iets minder maar het was er wel erg rustig en binnen 10 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum. Instructies om binnen te komen voor zowel appartement als parking zijn heel duidelijk.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

perfecte locatie in het oude centrum, met een pleinthe erachter met leuke cafes en restaurants. 10 minuten lopen maar het station, iets verder lopen naar het vliegveld. In hey oude centrum dus ook snel bij de beroemdr oude gebouwen. voor ons een ideale uitvalbasis voor zowel Pisa als een dagjr met de trein naar Florence of de bus naar Lucca. En zeer attente eigenaar!

This was a fabulous apartment in a great central location. Access was easy loved all the windows and good facilities. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Lucca. Thank you.
