Great place close to the beach, restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need. Nicola was a great host, accepted our stay last minute and was very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Great location, great view and great welcome from Francesco and Mari. They took the time to explain everything to us and explain to us to make our visit easier. The place was beautiful and very clean.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is "thoughtful". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

We had a great time at Grazia's place. It is super well located and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that one needs. Grazia and Margherita were super friendly hosts and always responsive. We recommend Grazia's place and hope we can come back another time.

The house is tidy, clean. Mariangela immediately welcomed us with very clear directions and warm welcome to the house. The location is great, the house is equipped with any comfort. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but away from the noise of the center. I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area. The only downside: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being everywhere for a fee. We parked and didn't move the car anymore.

We had a great time atthisplace. The house was comfortable and equipped with everything and Silvia and Francesca were very kind and hospitable. The property is in a quiet area 5 minutes from the west pine forest that is very pleasant for a walk. The property is spread over 2 floors and has a flight of stairs to access the bathroom and the bedroom, but we also had no problems with our little house.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

The four of us spent a wonderful vacation in La Caletta. The apartment is perfectly equipped (from all imaginable kitchen utensils, to the pizza oven in the garden - for which we were provided with extra wood to fire by Riccardo - up to the shampoo and shower room) and the view simply absurdly beautiful. The stairs were named often enough and fortunately were not an obstacle for us. Maria has equipped us with very extensive tips for the area and in the apartment itself there are again some hiking guides and information material for the region - in addition to the travel booklet written by Maria herself. Hiking, Vespa or boating - everything was equally beautiful!Communication with Maria was always prompt and very friendly. It was our most beautiful apartment so far and we will miss our daily ice cream and the breathtaking views of the bay!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive. Once again, a huge thank you to our host!
