"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

HOME DELUXE - Marine-style apartment

Fully renovated and furnished 60 sqm apartment at the end of May 2018 in marine style. It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Located in a very quiet area and surrounded by greenery, it is 5/10 minutes on foot from the sea. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, microwave, induction stove, phone, bicycles, etc.

Recently renovated, the apartment features a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, and an adjoining kitchen area equipped with every comfort. A wonderful balcony with access from the living room and bathroom, where you can enjoy romantic aperitifs with breathtaking sunsets. The sofa bed for the second person must be requested in advance of arrival. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BRING BICYCLES OR STAY INSIDE THE STRUCTURE/APARTMENT.

A beautiful, light-filled 40-square metre self-contained apartment just 200 metres from Pietrasanta's stunning main square. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
